Otonashi Etsuko
She's a reporter for the monthly "Twinkle" magazine. She wishes for the development of the racing world, and puts all of her heart into her articles. In addition to her reporting skills, she has way more knowledge about racing than the average trainer. When she gets too enthusiastic in her reports, she sometimes exaggerates her views, but... that's just a sign of her high standards.
